1. Overview and Application

TK-101 polycarboxylate water reducing agent is a new high-performance water reducing agent independently developed by our company. It is  energy-saving and environmentally friendly as there is low energy consumption and no waste during production and the product is free of formaldehyde. Because of its excellent performance indicators, it is ranked in the leading water-reducing agents in China and abroad. This product has been widely applied as admixture in concrete projects for water conservancy, electric power, ports, railways, bridges and so on.

2. Model and Characteristics

1. TK-101A polycarboxylate water reducing agent: This product is characterized by its good adaptability to cement, low dosage, high water reducing ratio (its water reducing ratio may get up to above 45% at maximum depending on the material properties). It also has the characteristics of retaining high fluidity and containing no chloride and low alkali. When mixed with concrete, it can effectively reduce costs and improve performance, so it can be widely used in all types of concrete products.
2. TK-101B polycarboxylate water reducing agent: This product also  features good adaptability to cement, high water reducing ratio up to above 40%, and the property to maintain high fluidity. When mixed with concrete, it can significantly improve the workability of concrete so that the fresh concrete will have excellent fluidity, binding capability and retain good slump over time, which means that this solution has excellent overall performance in reducing water and retaining slump.
3. TK-101C polycarboxylate water reducing agent: As the core product of our company  this product has the following main features: requiring low dosage, retaining high slump (retaining concrete slump up to more than 5 hours at maximum without any loss).

4. Packaging and Storage
1. The product is liquid, packaged in plastic drums as per 230 ± 2 kg/drum or transported with the anti-acid tankers according to the user agreement.
2. It should be placed in cool and dry conditions and preserved at room temperature;  measures shall be taken to prevent moisture, damage, acid, frost, and high temperature.
3. The shelf life is one year.
