The Second Preparation Working Meeting of National Building Material Industry Standard 'Plaster Mortar Additive' was held in Beijing on August 8, 2015. Li Yingquan-Deputy Director of Building Material Industry Technology Surveillance Research Center, Sun Yan-deputy secretary-general of China Association of Bulk Cement Promotion and Development' and other leaders attended the meeting. Representatives of standard technology support units of Shanghai Institute of Building Science, Wuhan University of Technology, Beijing University of Architecture, etc. as well as the standard editor-in-chief and edition participating units such as Guangzhou Langtaosha Building Materials Co., Ltd., Hunan Zhenxing Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Fuclear New Building Materials Co., Ltd., China West Construction Group Co. Ltd., Leshan Keguqi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yisen Technology Co., Ltd, etc. jointly discussed and determined main technical indicators of the standard, and standard exposure draft is preliminarily formed.

The meeting hosted by professor-level senior engineer Li Yingquan from Building Material Industry Technology Surveillance Research Center. Zhu Lide-person in charge of standard formulation gave a lecture and introduced the schedule and validation test work of the standard. He focused on reporting experiment method, testing method and data determination of all various indicators one by one. In the meeting, main chapter catalog and technology difficulties of the standard were also discussed. Technical indicators in the exposure draft were discussed seriously and massively in details, thereby achieved agreement preliminarily and obtained desired effect. Advices are widely solicited currently.
