1. Overview and Application
TK-WR waterproofing agent, is a replacement of traditional waterproof products; it is simple to use, improves efficiency, saves materials, reduces costs, and lasts as long as the structures; the cost is 20% -30% of that of waterproof membrane, the maintenance cost is 1-2% of that of waterproof membrane, enabling some parts of the complex structure to achieve permanent waterproofing at one time construction. TK-WR waterproofing agent is nontoxic and pollution-free; it shows great performance in water proofing, anti-seepage, anti-cracking, moisture-proofing; the product quality is in line with national industry standards JC474-2008.
2. Product Model and Usage
TK-WR1 common type, dosage amount 2.0-4.0% of rubber, having impermeability (P6-P15) crack proof function, applicable to common anti-seepage non-pumping cement mortar waterproofing works.
TK-WR2 efficient type, dosage amount 2.0-4.0%, having water-reducing ratio greater than 15%, concrete impermeability grade greater than P10, suitable for pumping waterproofing antifreeze concrete projects. It has a high water-reducing ratio, suppresses heat of hydration, reduces slump loss of fresh concrete, reduces the volume of contraction; it has functions of entraining air, compacting the concrete, preventing freeze, preventing steel corrosion; it is also suitable for large volume water-proofing and anti-cracking concrete.

4. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
Liquid product is packaged in plastic drum as per 220kg /pc; its shelf life is 90 to 180 days if it is protected from sunlight, frost and sealed and stored in a cool storage; powder product is packaged in plastic-lined woven bag as per 25kg/pc, and its shelf life is 12 months if it is stored in a dry and cool warehouse and protected from water and moisture. It can be used only after passing a test if the shelf life expires.
