1. Overview and Application
TK-HR corrosion inhibitor has the function of penetration, proliferation, migration, impermeability and water resistance, corrosion resistance, shrinkage and crack reduction, frost and carbonation resistance, preventing chloride ion penetration, as well as steel corrosion prevention; it can greatly improve the workability of fresh concrete, while improving the strength of the concrete (mortar); it can greatly improve the self-protection of reinforced concrete, partially or fully substitute the waterproofing agent, corrosion resistant agent, reinforcing agent, water reducing and pumping agent, antifreeze products, and achieve the same technical performance. This product meets the requirements of JT/T573-2004.

2. Product Model and Usage
1. Applicable to all the cast-in-situ and precast, prestressed concrete structures, concrete works often exposed to corrosion environment. It can effectively reduce material costs, extend the life of the structures to improve the economic and environmental effects.
YK-HR1 common type: dosage 0.4-0.8% for construction of reinforced concrete without pumping; dosage 0.2 - 0.4% for pipeline (pressure) grouting.
YK-HR2 migratory type: dosage is calculated as 0.8-1.8% according to the amount of concrete cement material; it is suitable for high performance and high strength prestressed self-compacting concrete with high fluidity; it can replace all water reducing agent, pumping agent, waterproofing agent, anti-corrosion agent, antifreeze agent; when used in pipeline (pressure) grouting, it can be directly used with PO ordinary portland cement≥ 42.5R.   
2. Usage: mix the liquid product together with water; mix it with the concrete or plastic materials mixed well; mix the powder product directly into the plastic compound; extend stirring time by 10-30s.

4. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
Liquid product is packaged in 50 ± 1.0 kg, 220 ± 3 kg plastic drums or tanks; prevent the containers from damage, exposure to sunlight, oxidation, frost, fire, etc., powder product is packaged in plastic-lined woven bag, weighing 25 ± 0.5 kg /pc, which is waterproof, high temperature resistant, anti-breakage; the product should be stored separately in a cool and dry warehouse; the shelf life is 360 days
