1. Overview and Application
TK-SN accelerating agent can cause rapid setting and hardening for cement concrete to greatly improve the early strength, shrinkage deformation of concrete, gunite and rebound. The product under standard conditions can meet the technical indicators of JC477-2005 and TB10424-2010.

2. Product Model and Usage
TK-SN accelerating agent dosage: 3.0 to 9.0% (3.0-6.0% low alkali type, 6.0-9.0% alkali-free type); it shall be mixed into and sprayed with fresh cement with grade above 42.5R; dry storage period of cement should not exceed one month; the optimum injection temperature is 10 ~ 40 ℃; if a small amount of liquid accelerating agent settles, it is normal, shake it into uniform solutions.
It is mainly used in emergency repair, leaking stoppage, building reinforcement and repair, slope support, and gunite and other concrete and mortar works.

Test basis: TB10424-2010 and JC477-2005.  


4. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
  Powder products: packaged in the plastic-lined poly-woven bags weighing 25 kg/pc or 50 kg/pc. The shelf life is 6 months if the product is sealed and stored at room temperature and protected from moisture. Liquid products: packaged in the plastic or steel drums weighing 300 kg ± 3.0 kg/pc. The shelf life is 6 months.
