1. Application
TK-D expander will  chemically react with mineral composition of cement when it is dissolved in water; the reaction product is sulphoaluminate (ie ettringite) or calcium hydroxide, iron hydroxide causing volume expansion, which brings about prestress under the constraints rebars and nearby objects to prevent harmful cracks, result in shrinkage compensation, while absorbing the heat of hydration reaction and clogging pores gap, increasing the density and impermeability of concrete. Performance indicators of the product are in line with the technical requirements of GB23439-2009.

2. Product Model and Usage
1. TK-D1 general type: doping amount 8-12% (internally mixed);
2. TK-D2 efficient type: doping amount 6.0-8.0% (internally mixed);
3. The product is suitable for compensating contraction, filling grout, self-stressing concrete and anti-crack, seepage-proof and moisture-proof concrete.

3. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
Powder product is packaged in plastic lined bags with the capacity of 50 kg/pc. Its shelf life is less than 180 days if it is sealed and stored at room temperature in a cool and dry warehouse and protected from moisture; liquid product is packaged in plastic barrels or drums with the capacity of 50kg, 200kg/piece, and its shelf life is 180 days.
