1. Overview and Application
This product makes the concrete underwater avoid dispersing, realize self-leveling, self-compacting, high viscosity, moderately retarded, no bleeding; it can keep the ingredients in fresh concrete remain basically unchanged with the ingredients before and after dropping into water. It can avoid separation of cement, sand and stone; it requires no vibration; it achieves self-leveling and self-compacting under the action of gravity to ensure the quality of concrete grouting and meet the requirements of new concrete technology. The indicators meet the requirements of DL/T5117-2000 quality standards.
TK-201 underwater anti-washout agent is suitable for pumped, piped, natural sink of concrete underwater, underwater repair of building, sealing of sink bottom, emergency dike reinforcement, gate, weir, cofferdam, bridge pile and all other underwater construction of concrete works.

2. Usage
1. Dosage: determined according to the amount of cement C × 2.0-3.0% (solids);
2. Mixing methods: solid product shall be mixed with cement, sand and stone for 3-5 minutes; after mixing fill in water; due to the high viscosity of concrete plasticity, cohesion is great so there is almost no bleeding; it is extremely important to extend the mixing time to make the mixture fully uniform;
3. Mix design and material selection: select 425R ordinary Portland cement, amount 380-450kg/m3, sand ratio 38-42%, water-cement ratio 0.40-0.50;
4. Conduct a test to choose the best technical parameters before use;
5. In case of caking due to moisture, the product shall be screened with the help of a 0.63mm sieve or dissolved in water. Only after passing a test, can the product be used.

4. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
     TK-201 underwater anti-washout agent is packaged in plastic-lined polywoven bags weighing 25kg /pc or 50kg/pc. Its shelf life is one year if it is sealed and stored at room temperature in a dry and cool warehouse.
