1. Overview and Application

The product is mainly used in construction of railway, highway, hydraulic works, tunnels, mines, sinking and driving engineering, underground civil air defense projects adopting smooth blasting shotcrete support, and can also be used for ground slope reinforcement, sealing and plugging gaps. It can effectively control the unstable rock; TK-K special fast-setting cement anchoring agent features rapid setting and quick hardening, and has good water resistance, strong anchoring strength, bonding capacity and micro expansion. The performance of TK-K  anchoring agent meets the requirements of MT219-2002 quality standards.

2. Product Model and Usage

 1. In case of end anchoring, TK-K1 can dry and harden in a short time, and achieve high compressive strength.
 2. In case of full-length anchoring, TK-K2 has slightly longer early setting time, which is conducive to the construction, but later it can achieve the same strength as that in case of end anchoring.
  3. Usage: Soak it for 60 ~ 120 seconds.

 4. Packaging and Storage
This product is a solid anchoring agent, packaged in Φ (22-37mm) × length (225-255mm) fiber paper (cloth) package; it is packaged with plastic bags and cartons outside; the weight of each package is 25kg ± 1.0kg; the shelf life is 3-6 months if it is stored at room temperature in a warehouse and protected from moisture, sunlight and pressing.
