1. Overview and Application
Mix the TK-AM abrasion-resistant agent into concrete in erosion and weathering-prone environments to ensure good workability of concrete (fluidity, slump), greatly reduce the water-cement ratio and make the concrete more densification; it can produce micro-expansion stress, compensate shrinkage of concrete, prevent cracking; it can inhibit the early peak of heat due to hydration, control plastic shrinkage cracks; it is able to improve concrete in liquid viscosity, increase the bonding strength between cement aggregate and rebars; it can significantly improve the early strength, and steady growth of the late strength; it can effectively activate the admixtures and accelerate reaction of calcium silicate ions to reduce the free Ca2+ in liquid phase, and reduce volume of gel porosity and pore; it can significantly improve impact toughness of concrete; it is able to effectively inhibit the active reaction of alkali-aggregate to prevent the expansion cracks; after the product is mixed with TK-AM abrasion resistance agents, the impermeability, frost, corrosion, anti-carbonation can be significantly improved as well as the durability; the anti-abrasion performance of concrete (abrasion, erosion, cavitation, erosion) can be  doubled to greatly reduce maintenance costs and extend the service life.
The product quality of TK-AM abrasion-resist agent has been tested by the National Building Materials Testing Center, and it meets test standards of JTJ053.0527-94 ; it gets the national and provincial science and technology achievement appraisal; it is widely used in engineering with anti-abrasion concrete, mortar in hydraulic outlet of hydropower buildings and piles of road and bridge, roads and plant floor exposed to cavitation and erosion; it shows excellent anti-abrasion performance.

2. Product Model and Usage
1.TK-AM1 (powder type): dosage 1.5-2.5%, suitable for concrete and mortar works using concrete with strength grade C30-C50, abrasion resistance strength (72h/kg.m2) ≥ 5.0-15.0, anti-cavitation intensity ratio (%): ≥ 300, constructed at temperature 5 ℃ -35 ℃ with serious abrasion and cavitation.
2. TK-AM2 (liquid type): dosage 0.8-1.5%, suitable for concrete and mortar works using concrete with strength grade C30-C80, water velocity ≥ 25-50m/s, much suspended particle, the amount of sand and gravel ≥ 2.0-5.0kg/m3, abrasion resistance strength (72h/kg.m2) ≥ 10-20, anti-cavitation intensity ratio (%) ≥ 300, construction temperature 5 ℃ -35 ℃, requiring high strength, and high resistance to abrasion, high crack impermeability, high corrosion and freeze resistance, high alkali aggregate activity and chloride ion diffusion.

4. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
TK-AM abrasion-resist powder product is packaged in plastic-lined bags, weighing 25 or 50kg /pa; its shelf life is 360 days if it is sealed and stored in a dry and cool place. Liquid product is packaged in plastic drum weighing 220kg ± 2kg/pc; its shelf life is 180 days if it is stored at room temperature in a cool warehouse. Products shall be protected from damage, strong sunlight and freezing at negative temperature during storage and transportation.
