On February 12th, the company held the 2025 Spring Festival Annual Meeting with the theme of "Unity, Unity, New Journey, Innovation, Breakthrough, and New Chapter". The chairman, vice chairman, and general manager of the company gathered together with all employees to summarize the development achievements and draw a strategic blueprint.

At the beginning of the annual meeting, General Manager Su Lin summarized the achievements of the company in various aspects such as operation, production, and technological research and development over the past year. At the same time, she proposed the company's business goals and development direction for the new year, and put forward requirements and suggestions for internal management and personal development of employees.

Vice Chairman Chen Yuchun stated that in the current economic situation and on the company's journey forward, every colleague of Tieke not only needs to be a partner fighting side by side, but also a family standing together through thick and thin. I hope everyone will continue to encourage each other with a fighting spirit and run with determination in the new year.

In the subsequent annual recognition session, three awards were presented for the marketing system, including market lottery, sales, and payment collection; Outstanding Individual Award

 The research and development team of the Science and Technology Center has won the Science and Technology Innovation Award. The green low-carbon ultra early high-strength water reducing agent project developed by the team has been applied to multiple projects such as the Sichuan Tibet Railway. The product can also be used in high temperature tunnel environments of 28-95 ℃, with high temperature resistance, early high strength, high impermeability, low rebound, and high durability performance; Participated as the chief editor of the team standard for "High Quality, Efficient, Green and Low Carbon Concrete Technical Regulations" by the China Green Development Association through this project.

Talents are the first resource of enterprises, and the spirit of these fighters is the core driving force for the sustainable development of Tieke.
