1. Overview and Application
TK-T release agent is convenient to spray, dries and forms film fast, and it makes it easy to clean forms; it is pollution-free, and does not affect the bond strength of rebars and decoration effect of concrete; after formwork is dismantled, the concrete surface is flat and smooth without contaminants; the product is inexpensive, material-saving, and has stable performance; it is odorless, non-toxic, safe, sanitary, convenient in storage. It brings good isolation; its releasing effect is remarkable; after the coating on formwork dries, it is water-repellent, and has high adhesion, good airtightness and corrosion resistance. It meets the technical requirements of JC/T949-2005.
2. Product Model and Usage
TK-T common release agent (powder): mix 10-20 kg clean water with 1 kg release agent, fully dissolve evenly; paint it on the formwork with the amount of 80-120m2/kg.
TK-T efficient release agent (liquid): Before use, fully mix it again, and spray it on a clean steel, bamboo or plastic formwork twice. After release agent dries, concrete can be grouted.

4. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
Powder products: packaged in the plastic-lined poly-woven bags weighing 25 kg/pc or 50 kg/pc. The product shall be protected from moisture, and stored in cool places at room temperature.
Liquid products: packaged in the plastic or steel drums weighing 220 kg ± 3.0 kg/pc.
